4D Problems? 6D Answers!

Since the accelerated awakening of the Third Wavers, there seems to be a lot of confusion and disinformation in regards to dimensions, consciousness, and our galactic brothers and sisters (and, of course, the Reptilians).

I have read things people have written about 6D and 7D beings messing with them and “evil 5D beings.” This makes absolutely no sense to me given what I have learned from the Akashic Records and my own Akashic team. As I understand it, a Dimension is not a physical place or plane of existence, but many think that is the definition of “Dimension.”

I have asked the Akashic Records some questions about the Fourth Dimension to give all of us better understanding from the 6D (Dimension of Innocence and Truth) perspective.

What can you tell us about Dimensions to help clear this up?

When we talk about Dimensions, we are referring to frequency, vibration, consciousness and the plane of existence, but Dimensions are also not exclusively compartmentalized for multidimensional beings. Some matrices support an overlapping or, “expansion pack,” if you will, for growth and evolution, so this is why/how you can have 5D consciousness and vibration within a Third Dimension physical place/plane of existence. For example, Earth was originally a 5D plane of existence that supported third-dimensional physical embodiment, as well as fourth and fifth dimensional states of consciousness and vibration. Fourth dimensional consciousness for humans is awareness of spirit and the spirit world. Fifth dimensional consciousness for humans is unconditional love, trust and a sense of oneness for all beings living within the 3D, 4D and 5D planes and focuses on service to others.

Could an “evil spirit” or “demon” live/exist on a 5D plane of existence?

No. The highest supporting dimension for negative energies is the Fourth Dimension. There are REALMS within the Fourth Dimension (for example, the Devic Realm, the Angelic Realm, the Fairy Realm… there are 12 realms within the fourth dimension) and this could be where the confusion is coming from. The Fourth Dimension is quite vast, and it still includes the two root energies of Fear and Love as well as Duality and Polarity. This is why you experience so much confusion from the beings of this realm. They can be helpful and destructive, deceitful and truthful… this is why it is so very important to NOT get caught up with 4D beings because, just like human beings with 3D – 4D consciousness and vibration, they can turn on you without warning.

Okay, this is an explanation I received from a client:

“Lucifer/Pindar and the 5 archons are 7th dimensional. There are 5D spirits (demons) like the one that was attacking me in December and the ones that followed. It’s more like the same power/energy/strength as what we’re calling 5D ascension. They certainly aren’t in any kind of love. Our higher selves (as in you and me) are 9th dimensional. Go ahead and check in the Akashic records. There is probably a terminology mishap, but I’m sure you can get more clarity with this starting point. Our concept of being 5D and 9D is a level of consciousness. These things exist not in consciousness. This is my higher self’s explanation, but he looks forward to more Sherlocking on this from you.”

How would you correct this?

 The terms “Dimension” and “Dimensional” are being used incorrectly here, so, yes, there is definitely a terminology mishap here. Lucifer/Pindar and the 5 Archons are not 7th Dimensional or 7D. They are 4D in vibration, consciousness, frequency, and the Fourth Dimensional plane is where they live, within the Demonic Realm. While they do have great power over 3D and 4D beings (we are referring to consciousness and vibration in this sense, and this includes humans and the 4D beings of the 12 Realms within the Fourth dimension), they cannot ascend any higher in vibration or consciousness, therefore they cannot live in any higher plane of existence other than 4D.

So you are saying that it is not possible for a 4D being to have a consciousness level or vibration/frequency higher than 4D?

That is correct.

Then why are human beings capable of rising into 4D and 5D consciousness and vibration if we are born in 3D?

Because human beings have multidimensional souls. 4D beings do not. Or, if you want to get super specific, 4D beings are spirits without 3D bodies. Human beings have both, but 4D beings can only shapeshift in and out of 3D physical bodies (or possess them for a short purpose) if they need to. Some of the craftier 4D beings have taken to cloning physical human bodies to “wear” as their 3D “costume” to trick and deceive.

Okay, okay, now we’re in that “weird section of YouTube…”

Yes. But your human consciousness can handle it, because humans ARE multidimensional and are capable of expanding their consciousness and vibration between 3D and 5D… and some even higher once they are connected with their higher selves or merged into oneness with their higher selves.

And you’re saying that 4D beings cannot move into higher consciousness, vibration, frequency or into any higher plane/realm of existence?

Correct.

But you said that they are souls. So, as souls, why can they not move about like the souls of humans when they are not embodied in the physical? Why can they not expand into higher consciousness or vibration? Are they trapped? Quarantined?

Some are trapped and/or quarantined in the fourth dimension; particularly the lower vibrating beings who instill fear to dominate and control, such as those in the Demonic Realm. These are lower vibrating beings who show no signs or desire to rise in vibration or expand their consciousness. Others, like your fairies, nymphs, woodland elves, and etc., this is simply their world. They created the Fourth Dimension; it’s their home and their world.

You mentioned an Angelic Realm in the Fourth Dimension. I thought (and I feel) that the angels I work with are a much higher vibration than 4D. How are they the same or different, and are the angels also trapped in this 4D Realm?

No, angels are the only exception (aside from humans’ astral bodies passing through) for the this realm within the Fourth Dimension, and what you have in the 4D Angelic realm are angels descending from higher dimensions to access the 4D and 3D planes in order to shapeshift into human form to work a miracle or save a life. Ultimately, all angelic beings are using this 4D realm to assist humans.

 Are there any “bad” angels, or angels with lower vibration? There are some people out there – like fundamentalist Christians – who believe angels are “fallen” or negative in some way – like deceptive trickster beings.

You have to remember that the trickster beings are the lower vibrating 4D beings who can present themselves as ANYthing – including angels – and make you believe they are good. But there are no “bad” angels. They WILL battle the lower 4D beings, though, to keep humans and animals safe from harm. Angels are the only extraterrestrials who have license to intervene within 3D and 4D planes of existence for positive results. The rule, however, is that they must descend to a denser 4D vibration in order to perform Divine interventions.

Ooo. I have so many more questions about Angels and Divine Interventions, but I will save that for another blog. Okay, so… in the example my client provided above, discussing the 7th Dimensional beings (who are really 4D beings) what word would you replace “Dimensional” with?

As far as we can assess, it seems that the term “dimension” is trying to convey a level of nastiness or power, so “degree” would be more fitting terminology, here, given this is the terminology they use within their own secret organizations. It’s a “D” word, though, and we do not wish to create further confusion between Dimension and Degree, so perhaps there is another word that could be used to distinguish between the two, such as “magnitude”

Another question for you regarding ascending and descending the dimensions. You say that the 4D beings can shapeshift into 3D beings; does that require them to lower their vibration in order to do so? And, if so, how does that affect their consciousness level?

Their consciousness level (which is 4D) remains the same. It is their frequency that must lower (or slow down) in order to take on a 3D physicality. When we are talking about frequency, we are talking about the speed at which the atomic and molecular structure are moving – the slower the speed, the denser (more solid) they can become. Think of water freezing and becoming denser and moving from liquid form to solid form, and you get the basic concept.

For humans, then, it is a bit different. We are 3D physical beings with consciousness levels that can range from 3D (awareness of self/service to self) to 4D (awareness of spirit and 4D beings) to 5D (unconditional love and oneness/service to others) and possibly higher, but we can only remain in physical form (unless we are astral travelling, of course). Am I correct in my understanding?

So far, yes. There is a lot more available to you as you continue to rise in consciousness and vibration.

Are humans who are conscious and vibrating 4D frequencies able to shapeshift, too?

This is extremely rare, and that is because humans are limited to consciousness/awareness of the Fourth Dimensional spirit realm in order to communicate with their spirit guides, higher-self, star families/soul group mates. Humans are not meant to stay and play in the Fourth Dimension; it is only meant to serve as a gateway, or corridor, to the true human state of consciousness and vibration, which is 5D.

Then why do we have such a difficult time rising into and maintaining this vibration?

Old programming and conditioning keeps many humans trapped in the fear-based 3D ego mind.

 I have experienced many different types of 4D beings in my lifetime. Some good. Some bad. Some good and bad. Some of them seem to want to scare us out of 4D consciousness, and I understand that is because these are the beings who are controlling (or were controlling) the 3D matrix, and humans are easier to control when they are kept in a fearful, “unawakened” state. So, my final question to you is for those who are experiencing the interference of 4D beings. What is your advice to them?

Our main advice is to not fear them. That is what they want, but there is no reason for you to fear them. While some of them may be able to create physical destruction, they cannot physically harm you. Dropping into fear vibration only attracts more of them. Living in fearfulness, doubtfulness, or insecurity, even, attracts them as well. You must be energetically responsible with your reactions to their shenanigans, as well. As much as you may think or believe you are not responsible for how they make you feel, you actually ARE responsible for your own feelings and emotions. You have a choice when it comes to your responses to these beings. Think of them as the playground bullies who pounce on the passive kids. This is not to say that to avoid them you must “act tough.” Not the case at all. Simply keep a raised vibration. Shine your light. Love vibrations and light repel them. In fact, when you live your best life in your highest vibration and share your love and light with others, you become quite untouchable to them. This doesn’t mean they won’t try to bring you down while you are assimilating to your higher vibrations; they will, but, if you respond with love and light rather than anger, annoyance or fearfulness, you will experience far better results. Just like schoolyard bullies, these beings are operating from a place of fearfulness. Those with more light and higher vibrations actually do have more power, and this is what they fear most – losing their power over you, which is why they attack. Similar to schoolyard bullies, the less reaction they receive from you, the more likely they are to leave you alone.

When I was first experiencing a high volume of spirit action in my home back in 2008, I attended a Psychic Development 101 class in which the instructor told me to spray salt water around all the windows and doors while making verbal statements claiming my property as mine and demanding they leave. I was instructed to then smudge the entire house (around all windows and doors, and especially in all corners high and low) with a burning wand of white sage. I did this a few times, and it was a temporary fix, but, eventually, as I raised my vibration, I found it less necessary, but I am wondering what your opinion is about this type of “sorcery?”

It’s definitely a 4D response to a 4D problem. Remember, the only way to resolve a 4D problem is with a consciousness and vibration higher than the one in which the problem was created. This is why, as you raised your personal vibration, the bothersome spirit activity subsided. You were no longer afraid of them. And, yes, we do recall their final trick of levitating that lantern four feet above the floor and then allowing it to drop as you turned to look. Your response was priceless: “Cool trick!” We applaud you for that. That was ever so frustrating to them, and, yes, they left for good at that point. Such a brilliant response! You showed no fear, and you complimented them on their talents. That’s love.

Yes. It was at that moment that I knew I had arrived on the cusp of 5D consciousness and vibration. It has not always been easy to maintain, and it takes time and practice to develop stamina, but it certainly is worth the effort!

Clairalience gives new meaning to “smell ya later.”

Ever smell something that makes no sense?

I mean, like, cigarette, cigar or pipe smoke in a non-smoking environment? A lost loved one’s cologne or perfume in your house that you haven’t smelled in ages? Or maybe cookies or pie baking when your oven isn’t even on?

This is actually a sixth-sense ability, believe it or not. While most “woke folks” are bragging up the interesting visions they’ve experienced with their clairvoyant third-eye, or sharing what they heard spirit say, or what they felt when they entered an antique store or the cemetery down the street, it’s not so often that you hear people talking about mysterious odors.

Let’s face it, when it comes to sixth-sense abilities, clairvoyance (the ability to see with the third-eye) gets top billing. Visions, whether they be glimpses of the past, or future events, or of a lost loved one in spirit, are the “real deal.” The ability to hear spirit (clairaudience) is often brushed off as possible schizophrenia, so, of course, it’s not deemed as “woke” as clairvoyance until some facts are shared and the ability is proven reliable. Clairsentience (feeling) and claircognizance (knowing) are probably more widely experienced than clairgustance (tasting) and clairalience (smelling), but clairalience may be one of the first of your sixth-sense abilities to open up for you.

Why? Because it’s the least daunting.

As a kid, I could see, hear and feel spirit world like it was part of my normal world. For me, they blended together, and there was no separation. Somehow, I knew never to share what I saw and heard from spirit with parents or friends. Spirit never mentioned this to me; I just knew (claircognizance). Then middle school happened, and, being an empath, I was so wrapped up in feeling everyone’s hormonal emotions, that I did not experience spirit like I used to. At least not until college, when I lived in the most haunted building in Boston my freshman year, and witnessed a LOT of physical proof of paranormal activity (mostly still objects getting pushed around or shooting across my dorm room, even). Yeah, it was a bit creepy. Fortunately, I knew to set boundaries. Respect me and my stuff, and I will respect you.

I can’t say there weren’t any incidents after that, but I did my best to shut it out. I knew most spirits were either looking for acknowledgment or some kind of reaction (such as fear). I refused to give it to them. And, guess what… when you ignore them long enough, they leave you alone. I began to enjoy my peace and quiet for a good decade or so. I even got to a point where I was very ANTI psychic/spirit world. (I was drinking fluoridated tap water at the time, if that tells you anything.) I remember reading a book title about “opening up your sixth senses,” and I was like “hell to the NO!”

That’s not to say that I didn’t see or feel spirits trying to approach me; I did, but my response was always, “NO! Go AWAY!” Surprisingly, they respectfully retracted their energy, which, in retrospect, tells me they were benevolent beings.

My first memory of a clairalience experience (AKA: clairosmesis, clairolfaction, clairessence and clairscent) was in an empty church. I was helping the pastor set up for Sunday service on a Saturday evening. No one had been in the church at all that day. While setting up, the pastor went to her office to look for something, and I headed to the bathroom. When we both returned to the sanctuary, the room smelled strongly of a lit match – you know, that burnt wood matchstick scent. She looked at me funny and said, “did you light a candle?” I was like, “No, but it smells like a burnt match in here. I thought you lit something.”

We looked all around for evidence of matches or a burning candle, but found nothing. She chalked it up to a message from spirit, and I was like, *shrugs* “ermkay.” (Again, fluoride.)

My next clairalience experience happened a few years later. I had just pulled into my garage. Normally garages smell like petrol fumes when you pull into them. Or perhaps stale motor oil. Or maybe like dying grass if you just cut the lawn and store your mower in the garage. But they normally do NOT smell like perfume. And that’s what I smelled that day when I got out of my car after pulling into the garage:  my grandmother’s Tabu.
Not only do I remember the scent, but I remember seeing the bottle on her dresser in my early childhood. The colors of the logo and the typeface still look similar today!

Scary sidenote: in looking for the above image, I read that Jean Charles made this perfume back in 1932 when he was instructed to “make a fragrance for a whore.”
WOW! I never knew my grandmother had a racy side. Although, I do recall seeing a glamour photo of her wearing a feather boa. Go G!

Anyway, getting back on track, this is what I mean by smelling something that is beyond normal for the environment you’re in. That’s how you know for sure you’re experiencing clairalience. Interestingly enough,  I was back to well water at this time in my life, and so it began… tons of communication from spirit, which included the activation of ALL of the sixth-sense abilities mentioned above except clairgustance (taste). I’m not sure if I have ever experienced that. I chew a lot of gum, so it’s hard to say.

The-Full-Bodied-Cigar

My spouse and I experienced a lot clairalience moments at the cottage we lived in a few years ago. Her grandfather smoked cigars, and we often smelled cigar smoke in our cottage, even though neither of us smoked. Her brother-in-law even noticed it when he was visiting one day. It was always just in one area of the house, and he smelled it as soon as he entered that area. He was like, “It’s just RIGHT HERE,” as he pointed to the area next to our coffee nook. “It’s not anywhere else in the house.” His blue eyes danced with excitement, as if he’d just found some kind of treasure.

“Sometimes we smell it over by the door to the deck, too,” I explained.

The cottage itself emanated its own share of disturbing aromas (usually dead rodent type odors), but there were distinct smells of cigar, pipe and cigarette smoke wafting through now and then, when the house was closed up tight for the winter. Of course, by that time, I was far more open to spirit than I had been back when I smelled that burnt match in the empty church.

So, yeah… clairalience! It’s a sixth-sense thing. You’ve probably experienced it more than you realize. And, for those who say they don’t have any sixth-sense abilities, this is one you probably DO have, but didn’t realize it, or maybe didn’t embrace it as an intuitive ability to sense spirit or beings beyond your perceivable realm.

What can we DO with clairalience?

Think of it as a building block to opening other sixth-sense abilities that help us experience 4D spirit world and beyond. When you smell something that is not part of your current physical environment, then you know something or someone beyond your physical realm is present. If you embrace this with welcoming energy, you may open yourself to something more, such as hearing a verbal message, or seeing an apparition, but most likely you will feel something first… or experience the claircognizant knowing of who is present by the signature scent of that loved one who has transitioned into spirit.

If, however, you react with fearfulness, it is likely your loved ones will withdraw and try again another day.

Brigid 3Greetings dear Starseeds of all Leagues and Nations currently embodied as human beings on planet Earth. Allow me to identify myself, so you may know, through complete transparency, from who this message flows. Most modern-day awakened Starseeds working with the light would recognize me as Master Sarah, ascended master daughter born to Jesus (Sananda) and Mary Magdalene (Lady Nada), however, that is a “newer” version of me. More old-world-religion zealots know me as Brigid, the Celtic patroness of healing, poetry and smithcraft; Roman Celtics and Roman Catholics know me as St. Brigid. Some people who think they are channeling Master Sarah have said that I am also the goddess Kali. This is false information. My soul essence and origin is Pleiadian, as my light being and energetic consciousness is a fractal of the central sun (Alcyone) of the Pleiades star system. My Pleiadian light-being name is Peunice, however, I prefer the nickname Scarborough. My first human incarnations on Earth were primarily on the lands known as Ireland and Scotland/Britain, now known as the United Kingdom. These incarnations were during the late Neolithic, Iron and Bronze ages.

How I came to be “Master Sarah” is this: Sananda and Lady Nada approached me and asked if I would like to be the physical embodiment offspring of their physical embodiments (most commonly known as Jesus and Mary Magdalene) to quietly serve as the incarnated harmonic balance of their two energies, the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine, and to create a bloodline that would share this light quotient essence for our Pleiadian soul group to incarnate into as a means to continually serve our sacred Mother Earth and all of her inhabitants. Some of the elite/criminal cabalists are trying to claim this bloodline as their own. This is also false information. Their souls do not possess the proper vibration to incarnate into this bloodline. That is all I care to share at this time regarding my soul ties with this bloodline. More will be revealed in time, as the light quotient on Earth rises, and more and more human beings are ready for absolute truth. Until then, know that we are many, and we are undetected due to our “commonality” across the many societies and cultures that make up the rich heritage of Earth’s human family.

For now, too many are still too deeply rooted in the lower fear-based vibrations to accept the absolute truth. They still cling to the grand deception as the only truth, and they still fight for it with fervor. This is to be expected, and it is alright, for it is simply how things are for the moment, but, as many of you Indigo Starseeds are aware, and through some of your very good work, truths are being revealed and will eventually be accepted as such, for there is too much evidence to suggest otherwise.

Of course, more of you are now needed to step into your Divine Will missions and incarnated soul purposes as Starseeds, should you wish to do so. You all have free will, even once you commit to you Divine Will mission, for it is your gifts, talents and interests and passions that will determine HOW you fulfill your mission, through your creative heart, with love and light for planet Earth and all her inhabitants. We encourage you to realize and step into your personal power with unconditional self love. Many of you already know in your hearts that you have incarnated on Earth to do “something big.” And, of course, this is true. You all volunteered to incarnate on Earth as physical embodiments of your higher selves (light beings) to bring the peace and harmony to a planet saturated in chaos and turmoil. You incarnated to lead by example, in the 5D vibration of pure unconditional love and light, and to help the spiritually unawakened and downtrodden raise their own personal vibrations.

Some of you have been gifted with healing talents; some of you are physical healers, others are mental and emotional healers, and some of you possess both talents. You may have one or many methods that you use as healing tools, including crystal healing, energetic healing, massage, acupuncture, light healing, intuitive healing (psychic/medium, Akashic readings, psychometry), empathic energetic absorption and transmutation, alchemy, horticulture, naturopathy, yoga, spiritual psychology, shamanic journeying and more.

Many of you are artists, delivering messages, inspiring others, and swaying emotions or offering healing through your medium of choice, be it writing, poetry, song lyrics, music, sculpture, canvas, photography, graphic, culinary, or any other craft, such as architecture, metal or stone work, soap making, oil and tincture craft… the list goes on and on.

So many more of you are teachers and coaches of so many different kinds, be they spiritual or academic, and your methods are many, including everything mentioned above and more.

Some of you are advocates and diplomats for peace, creating organizations to advocate for the poor and marginalized as well as endangered and abused species while others are challenging the corrupt systems that hold power and control over the human race.

And many of you identify as all, or more than one of these. Know that, in time, you will ALL be masters and victors in ALL of these roles as your light quotient intake increases. As Starseeds, you all have the ability to help Mother Earth and all of her inhabitants and resources heal, and you all have a variety of gifts and talents to help you do just that.

As a collective, your combined light and talents are amazingly powerful; now is the time for you to begin to combine your collective consciousness efforts by moving into self empowerment through forgiveness and unconditional self love. As you forgive (others and yourself) and move into the vibration of unconditional self love, all your fears fade away.

As you move into your heart-centered vibration of unconditional love for yourself, you find it easier to love others with no need to judge, criticize, compare or fear. Your self-love and approval is all that you have needed all along, for this is the very vibration that empowers you to create, teach, heal and advocate for one another and your precious Mother Earth.

Do not look to anyone else but yourself for approval. Looking to others who do not love themselves for love or approval will only leave you feeling defeated. Looking to organized systems or institutions for love or approval will also leave you feeling inadequate, for many of these systems were created by those who wish to keep you in fear, confusion, self-deprecation or self-loathing for there is nothing they fear more than a unified front of self-loving, self approving, spiritually empowered human beings who adhere to nothing but their own love and respect for themselves and each other. Remember, you are fractals of Creator-source energy and consciousness. You are many fragments of the same loving energy. When you combine your collective energy and consciousness in love, light and harmony, you become Creator-source energy.

Now is the time for all Starseeds incarnated on Earth to empower themselves with unconditional self love and come together in a combined conscious effort to create the united front that will end all chaos and suffering and bring peace and harmony and healing to Mother Earth and all her inhabitants.

Now is the time to collaborate with your fellow Starseeds and create projects and organizations committed to teaching self-empowerment, healing, and peacemaking.

Now is the time to begin imagining and building a better Earth.

Now is the time to focus on creating the peace and harmony that will ensure freedom, prosperity and abundance for all Earth inhabitants.

How will you do it? How can you contribute your gifts and talents to begin the peacemaking process with yourself… your family… your friends… your peers… your neighbors… your community… your state/province… your country… your island/continent… your planet… your galaxy… your multiverse?

We’ll give you a hint… it all begins with the human-ego surrender to love and joy. And each and every one of you holds this vibration of love and joy in your heart. It is time to stop swimming against the current, dear ones, for there is no pain in love or joy… there is only the human-ego fear that the love and joy will end. Release this fear, and move into your true personal power of unconditional love, harmony, and oneness, for this is where you will find peace, freedom, prosperity and abundance as your creative gifts and talents begin to flow and increase.

For those of you still skeptical, let us ask you, how much are you rewarded for being fearful, doubtful, worrisome, angry, judgmental, critical, cynical, argumentative, negative, hateful, stubborn, envious, egocentric, manipulative, greedy or self-serving? These attitudes only hold you in fear and cyclical patterns that only lead to more of the same: unhappiness.

You DO have a choice. And you DO have the ability to raise your vibration by exercising this choice. And once you reach this vibration through your own self-empowerment and self-love, you DO have the ability to unconditionally love others and help bring peace and harmony to Earth through your gifts and talents and collaboration with other Starseeds. And now is the time. Your planet and her inhabitants need you to step into your personal power so you can begin your Starseed mission.

So rise, Starseeds, and let the collective conscious manifestation and collaboration for global peace and harmony begin! NOW is the time!!

Welcome to the New Year!

Are you the type of person who makes a list of resolutions each New Year, or do you prefer to let go of the steering wheel and let Universe drive?

In this moment… there is only now! Why not learn how to master that human ego and begin creating a more loving, patient, gracious, healthier self who attracts everything s/he desires with a more positive vibration? You really do have that power. Tap into it!

Monday, December 21, 2009 ~ Winter Solstice

I have read that the veils between the physical and spirit worlds are thin on the solstice and equinox dates. I’m not sure WHY this is, but I have read it in numerous articles.

Until my mom died on February 15, 2007, I never noticed much about the spirit world. I’d had creepy experiences in my freshman dorm at 4 Charlesgate East in Boston, MA, back in 1989, (such as objects flying across the room in front of my very eyes) but I never really cared to delve into it. I just acknowledged the presence of the energy and told it that I would respect it as long as it respected me and my property. Things seemed to work out alright after that.

Before my mom died, I had experienced more mysterious things, but, like most people, I would just blow it off as “strangeness” or try to find a logical explanation. After my mom died, however, I really began to notice things…and realize them for what they actually were, rather than making excuses. Cupboards opening, oracle cards being bent, jewelry pieces being disconnected, objects being moved, and, yes, candles lighting themselves were some of the little things that happened around my house on occasion.

I’ve also seen my mother’s handwriting in the bathroom rug, with reminder messages…as if she’s still alive…and she and my grandmother actually appeared in my bathroom mirror one day when I was scrying. Normally only my spirit guides show themselves to me in the mirror when I’m scrying, so seeing mom and grandma that one day was a total shocker.

This is why people think I’m crazy, by the way, because I have opened myself and my third-eye chakra to the spirit world. A few years ago, I would have thought it crazy, too. My attitude was: why talk to dead people? That’s creepy. And weird.

Actually…they’re NOT dead. Just their physical body is gone. Their energy is with us until they decide to move on (whether that is to reincarnate or become a spirit guide is entirely up to them). There is really nothing creepy or weird about it. It’s totally natural. We know this when we’re wee little tykes, but we’re taught to unlearn everything we know…because it’s “creepy and weird.”

Until someone with whom you share unconditional love dies, you may never understand this. Even AFTER that person dies, you may never understand it. But, if you are brave and willing, it may just be worth your while to sit and hold someone’s hand as that person leaves the physical and crosses into the spirit world. I guarantee you that person will be eternally grateful for your willingness to be present as he or she faces the ultimate fear in life…which is “death.”

Holding someone’s hand as the soul crosses from physical to spiritual opens the door for you…if you wish to accept it. If you tell the person crossing you wish to hear from him or her, you will, IF that really is your true desire. The connection will never be lost.

My personal gift is clairaudience, or telepathy. I can hear the thoughts of others — both in the physical and spirit worlds. Usually I only hear thoughts that are directed toward me, so rest assured, this is not an invasive talent. I don’t purposely try to read people’s thoughts unless they are trying to communicate directly with me.

How do I “know” this talent is real? Well, when I receive a thought from someone, and then a text, phone call, email, or IM shortly thereafter from that very person that states something similar, it’s pretty much a huge cinder-block hint that this IS my talent.

So, as you can guess, normally I HEAR from my mom. Especially on days when I am really struggling or stressed, my mom will come through with a reassuring word or sound motherly advice. Sometimes other things will happen, such as her handwriting appearing in the bathroom rug, or I’ll get a glimpse of her full-body apparition (very rare), or I’ll see her in the mirror (twice). Mostly, if I see her, it’s in my dreams. All of this is magical. It is something I truly treasure.

On Monday, December 21, 2009 (winter solstice) my mom came through again. Several times. December 21, 1934 was her birth date. I had a hard day, and every time I thought of her, sadness and tears welled up within me. She would immediately say, “It’s okay, baby. I’m right here. I’m always right here,” every time. I finally managed to settle down later that evening. I remember that I had lit five colored candles in my living room for the angels I work with on a regular basis. Once I had finished my session with the angels, I blew out all the candles and went to take a shower. When I came back out into the living room to turn off the tree lights, I noticed one single candle burning. A white candle. One I never lit.

I sat down on the couch and stared at it. How the…? What the…?

And then my mom spoke. She said, “You don’t have to miss me. I am always here with you.”

When I told my best friend from high school about the candle that lit itself she told me, without skipping a beat, “It was your mom. She lit the candle for her birthday.”

That amazed me, because I did not tell her anything about hearing from my mom right after I noticed the dancing flame of the candle I never lit. She just knew.

It’s nice to have confirmation from my friends that I’m not crazy, weird, or psycho. That may have been the most magical message of all.
