Hello, soul fam! Today I found something I’ve been seeking since 2024, and I’m excited to share it with you. Journey with me, if you will, and then I will share Master Sarah’s message. (Or you can skip down to it if you choose. I understand focus is a challenge for everyone these days, including me, which is why I have not shared much these past couple of years.)

Back on January 10th of 2024, I spent some time in session with my own Akashic Team for myself, asking the names of my oversouls. For a long time, I didn’t believe in oversouls. I believed in myself and my soul (higher self) ONLY. The oversoul understanding happened back in 2014 or so when my friend Claire Marie did a shamanic journey for me.

At that time, I already knew that I had been Master Sarah in my past Essene life, but I considered her a past life, not my 9D oversoul. Claire Marie said I was being asked to join Ascended Masters Sananda and Lady Nadia on a powerful quest of some kind, and what I needed to do was meditate on the Om symbol.

At that point, I had seen the Om symbol many times, but I couldn’t picture it, so I looked in my Symbols book for it, and it talked about the Celtic Triple Goddess Brighid (as a trinity energy). My mom called me Bridget my whole life, even though that wasn’t what she named me. It was in that moment that I experienced the “angels singing” and slight levitation feeling I get when I come across a mind-blowing truth in my personal Akashic Records about myself.  My Akashic team told me the Celtic Goddess Brighid is my “4D oversoul.” I then immediately arrived to the understanding that Master Sarah is my 9D oversoul (because Sananda had asked my highest-self Scarborough to be his daughter Sarah in the Essene lifetime). Groovy!

Moving right along, back on January 10th, 2024, I spent a good amount of time in my meeting of my oversouls Akashic Records session, and I wrote down everything – all their names and what D they were. Annnd then I… LOST it. Could NOT find the list of names in the notebook I KNEW I had written them in, nor could I find them in ANY of my notebooks. (There are many.)

Now, I am aware that we are still in the powerful 7/7 portal energy, and many have said that the veil between desire and manifestation is thin. I’ve lost things and recovered them quickly in this energy, finding them in spots I already checked three times! This happens to me a lot, by the way. Has it been happening for you, too?

A few days back, I mentioned to my friend that I couldn’t find the notebook I wrote my oversouls names in, and then today, July 8, 2026, it surfaced! I’ve moved twice in the past year, and it has taken me months to unpack (mostly because I’m in the smallest living space of my life, and I don’t have room for everything).

Once again, I was in session with my Akashic Team, working on manifesting my best for myself. I noticed my green candle I lit for this session was down to its last hour of power. My Akash guided me to the tote with all of my manifestation supplies. First, I had to remove another tote on top of it, and found myself cleaning it out since the “donate” box was on top of that.

Low and behold! I found a stack of notebooks! I found one with moon phases on the cover that my Akash had mentioned to me that I should peruse a few days back. So I did. And guess what I found? YES!!! My list of oversouls! FINALLY! And I ALSO found this amazing message from Master Sarah that seems so spot on for this 7/7 portal energy that I have decided to share it. Here it is!

MESSAGE FROM MASTER SARAH

Everyone is in the process of purging “old stuff.”

Old fears and old beliefs are keeping you in loops, or hopping timelines to finish old business.

The only way out of these loops is to rise above them and let go. TRULY let go. How? You have to literally CHANGE the SCRIPT with the opposite thought, belief, or fear.

Everything you THINK, you create.

For example: if your constant thought is “I’m sick of this,” you manifest some kind of relevant sickness for yourself. Or, if you say, “I’m tired of this,” you manifest exhaustion for yourself.

INSTEAD, repeat this simple positive mantra:

“I’m ABOVE THIS; I’m moving onward/forward.”

WOW! I honestly don’t remember writing that in my notebook in January 2024, but eight lines above that journal entry I had written a “New Mantra” that I DO remember, and I’m pretty sure I shared it. Here’s what it says:

Everything always works for me in my favor.

EVERYTHING always works for me in my favor.

Everything ALWAYS works for me in my favor.

Everything always WORKS for me in my favor.

Everything always works FOR ME in my favor.

Everything always works for me IN MY FAVOR.

Whew! The month of May has been a whirlwind, hasn’t it?

I ended up moving to a new home more quickly than expected! I managed to set up a makeshift office so I can get back to offering Akashic Records Readings as early as next week (Tuesday, May 27, 2025).

I’m so excited to be in my new home, new office, and wonderful new life with my new loving, supportive life partner (details to come in the My Akashic Journey section of my website)!

It’s been an emotional roller coaster, but I’m back and ready to serve, and I can’t wait to read for you in the very near future!

Pleiadian Message from Akasha: Healing in the Higher Timeline

Greetings Precious Ones!

We want to congratulate those of you who put in the admirable work to raise your vibration and expand your consciousness and awareness high enough to anchor yourselves into the higher 5D timeline of the Earth Matrix Simulation. Welcome!

We know many of you are still feeling a bit groggy, perhaps wobbly, and a bit stiff and sore with continued ascension symptoms such as headaches, joint and muscle pain, and tinnitus. It will still be important for you to eat natural foods and stay hydrated, as you are in the very early stages of continued healing, DNA repair and a variety of crystalline upgrades to your once carbon-based bodies. You are in a transformation process, so please be gentle with yourselves physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. 

Some of you are wondering why you’re still interacting (or interfacing, if you will) with individuals who are still exhibiting 3D/4D fear-based vibrations. This is because you’re still in the Earth Matrix Simulation, but, because of your ascension to the higher timeline, you now have the upper hand, and those lower-timeline beings can no longer abuse, hurt or harm you in any way. They have been sealed off into the lower timeline. The issues that may surface between you and lower-timeline beings now are for the purpose of observation and elimination, so that you may heal from the trauma(s) and continue on your ascension process. 

Amygdala repair is at the forefront of your healing itinerary, for we completely understand how traumatic your 3D/4D Earth Matrix experience has been. For this particular healing, we administer restorative light codes, audible frequencies and sound vibration healing. The ringing in your ears is a healing frequency, so please breathe deeply with your hand on your heart chakra and allow this healing to repair your amygdala. 

Once you are healed, your next task on the higher timeline is leadership training. You have been handpicked to serve as leaders on the new 5D Ascended Earth Plane(t). Some of you like to refer to your physical home as a “plane,” while others prefer “planet.” Both are correct. You will notice there are no words such as “matrix” or “simulation” when we refer to 5D Ascended Earth. That is because there will be no duality/polarity games or “rules of engagement,” and this is why full 5D healing is required before you can move to your new plane(t). 

There will be many different areas in which leadership, creativity and collaboration will be needed, and you will have so many different opportunities to choose from when you are ready to offer your gifts and talents to your 5D world of oneness and unconditional love! We can’t wait to see what you create!

Of course, we know that you want to know “when” you will be transferring to your new planet. When is no longer a 3D construct of “time.” but instead it is an energetic measurement. Unconditional love must be fully mastered. Trauma triggers must be fully healed. Duality/polarity conditioning must be permanently unlearned. Most of you are well on your way to all of this mastery, otherwise you wouldn’t have made it to the higher timeline. It is the worry, fear and doubt that you must rise above. Certainty and confidence are required before we can trust you with a real, live planet again. 

There will be no weapons. There will be no war. There will be no need for any type of defense. A 5D planet is invisible to beings who wish to battle. There will only be peace, unity and unconditional love. 

Many of you are already teachers, healers, artists and diplomats for peace. We advise that you begin working together collaboratively in order to heal and train for leadership and service to one another, because that is what 5D is all about, precious ones. 

Until our next missive, we encourage you to make healthy choices to support your physical healing. We recommend moderate to brisk walking daily to move the incoming energy through your chakras, meridians and physical body, as well as Yoga or at least light stretching to maintain flexibility. Stay hydrated with fresh, pure water or coconut water, and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

We adore you, precious ones. Please don’t hesitate to ask for what you need. Envision it, energetically align with it, and create it! The power is yours now. Manifest the best!

Message for the courageous ground crew, starseeds, lightworkers, wayshowers, lightwarriors, shamans, healers, spiritual teachers, artists and diplomats for peace:

Greetings, precious ones!

We see, hear and feel your anguish, and we are working very diligently to bless you up into the “higher timeline” you keep hearing about. Many of you have already made your choice in regards to the 1/11 deadline we informed you about on the 12/12 portal.

Some of you are still on the fence, as you are worried about loved ones, pets and unfinished business. Some of you are fearful about the unknown. We understand your hesitation, as this feels like a great leap of faith. It is hard to let go when there is so much uncertainty.

Let us be clear – some things, the things you love and enjoy particularly, will remain the same. Other things – the things you’ve wanted to change (for the better) or obliterate, will no longer exist in your new reality. Toxic traits, abusiveness and all fear-based energies will not carry over into the higher timeline.

We also know that there is a lot of speculation and argumentation about what the “higher timeline” is. Please don’t do that; it only lowers your vibration, and it is a waste of your precious energy.

What we can tell you is that you have already hopped a myriad of timelines within your lifetime(s) and this is nothing new to you. You’re pros at hopping, skipping and jumping! You’ve also managed to serve others well with your gifts and talents, collaborate nicely with each other, and co-create the type of “world” you’d like to see AND be. In other words, you understood the assignment. We are proud of each and every one of you!

The hottest argument right now is whether this “higher timeline” is a new physical place, (plane or planet) or just a higher vibration and sense of awareness that ripples out and makes all the lower vibrational people and 3D “stuff” in your life just fall or fade away.

The answer is: it’s both.

Whatever YOU (as an individual, not the collective) created in your heart, is what you will experience. Whatever you as a COLLECTIVE created TOGETHER is also what you will experience.

Now, don’t worry. You won’t see anything that doesn’t support unconditional love, unity and oneness in your higher timeline.

It is also okay if you choose to stay and play in the lower timeline, but we cannot promise anything will get better there, as there will be no more “lifelines” to bump up to the higher timeline after 12:01 AM on January 12 (in whatever time zone you are in on that date). As we mentioned before, we will be sealing the lower timeline to protect the rest of the multiverse from the toxicity and chaos it creates.

Does ascending to the higher timeline mean physical death for you?

No. It does not.

How will you get there?

Imagine air bubbles at the bottom of a glass. How do they get to the surface? Well, they just “bubble up,” don’t they? Imagine yourself (physically) inside a protective bubble that takes you there. For those of you who understand what your Merkaba Vehicle is, there you go! That’s how you get there. But don’t worry if you haven’t mastered the Merkaba just yet – your soul knows how and will safely transfer you any time between now and 12:01 am 1/12.

How will you know you’ve arrived?

You’ll feel it. You’ll know it. You’ll recognize everything you created for your ideal reality is now yours. The people around you feel safe and supportive. Everyone is kind and helpful. JOYFUL. The air and waters are clean. Everyone is healthy. Insert your additional desires here…

…because you created it!

What if my bubble pops along the way?

It can’t. It won’t. It’s your energy, not air. You’re unpoppable!

Our final word: You earned this, and after what you’ve endured, you deserve it! This has always been YOUR plan for you. Embrace it!
